Registrations and Paper Submission
Registrations open December 1st 2008. Submissions are now closed any existing submissions may be edited from the User Home section of our sister website. We will be accepting registrations for non-presenting participants until April 10th 2009. The conference will be free to all participants, however, there will be a conference dinner scheduled to be paid for on the day.
The conference will be accepting three types of participants. The first is for people who wish to attend without presenting a paper. The 'Work in Progress' option is for people wishing to submit an abstract to be presented at the conference. The 'Complete Paper' option is for people wishing to submit an abstract with an accompanying verbatim paper to be presented at the conference and to go in the conference best paper competition.
For instructions click on one of the options below.
1. To register for attendance only
1.1 Go to the conference registration page here where you can create a login to register your intention to attend by filling in the fields and selecting "register" at the bottom of the page. It is compulsory to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk.
2. To Register to Submit a Work in Progress (Call for Papers Closed)
2.1 Go to the conference registration page here where you can create a login to register your intention to attend by filling in the fields and selecting "register" at the bottom of the page. It is compulsory to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk.
2.2 While you are logged on go to the "Proposal Submission" section here to begin the submission process.
2.3 Because you will be presenting a work in progress select "Work in Progress" from the drop down box in the "conference tracks" section. Remember to separate terms by a semi colon in the indexing section (for keywords etc.). During the registration process there will be space provided to submit a full paper (under "upload submission") but since you do not want to do this you can merely leave these options blank and continue.
2.4 You will be able to update your details at a later date (name, institution, paper title, abstract, supporting files etc.) if needed.
3. To Register a Complete Paper (Call for Papers Closed)
3.1 Go to the conference registration page here where you can create a login to register your intention to attend by filling in the fields and selecting "register" at the bottom of the page. It is compulsory to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk.
3.2 While you are logged on go to the "Proposal Submission" section here to begin the submission process.
3.3 Because you will be submitting a complete paper select "Paper" from the drop down box in the "Conference Tracks" section. In the indexing section (keywords etc.) remember to separate terms by a semi colon. During the registration process you will be asked to submit an abstract and a paper (under "Upload Submission"). It is advisable to submit all these when you register your intention to submit a paper. However, you will be allowed to alter your paper up until March 1st.
3.4 You will be able to update your details at a later date (name, institution, paper title, abstract, paper, supporting files etc.) if needed.
